本文通过对SNEI企业的现状进行剖析,引入SWOT分析法对于企业内部、外部环境存在的优势、劣势、机会以及威胁进行深入分析,定性与定量相结合,从而得到企业当前所处的位置,即SNEI公司现处于第一象限,拥有自身优势以及较好的外部机遇,因此应该充分发挥杠杆效应,实行增长型发展战略。通过战略的明晰,可以有效地制定企业未来发展的战略方向和指导方针,达到了企业经济效益与自身健康可持续发展相兼顾的目的,从而可以更好的实现企业的战略目标。
This article analyzes the status quo of SNEI enterprises and introduces the SWOT analysis method to deeply analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats existing in the internal and external environment of the enterprise, and combine the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to get the current position of the enterprises, ie SNEI Now that the company is in the first quadrant with its own advantages and better external opportunities, the company should give full play to the leverage effect and implement a growth-oriented development strategy.
