基于等效热降法和热偏差分析理论,在对数十台常规燃煤机组进行耗差分析的实例计算与分析中,引入耗差系数的概念,通过对耗差系数的求取,分析了各参数偏差对机组总煤耗或总热耗的影响.在此基础上,总结出常规300 MW、600 MW机组一些重要参数的耗差系数变负荷特性,找出了不同容量机组间耗差系数变负荷特性的共性及差异.结果表明:各运行参数的耗差系数随负荷的变化而变化,具有明显的变负荷特性;对于同一参数,尽管机组容量不同,但其变负荷特性遵循一定的规律.
