目前,我国正在进行大规模的技术改造,如何进行改造,尚缺乏经验,而国外一些企业技术改造的某些作法值得我们学习、借鉴和探讨。国外企业技术改造的主要作法是: 1.进行市场调查,预测产品需要量,制定生产纲领重视市场调查和预测分析,紧密结合世界市场产品发展需要,制定一个合适的生产纲领,为市场提供适销对路,物美价廉产品,是国外企业技改时的首要作法。
At present, China is undergoing large-scale technological transformation. How to reform it is still lacking in experience. Some practices of technological transformation in some foreign companies are worthy of our study, reference, and discussion. The main methods for technological transformation of foreign companies are: 1. Conduct market surveys to forecast product requirements, formulate production plans, attach importance to market research and forecast analysis, and closely combine the needs of product development in the world market, formulate a suitable production program, and provide the market with marketable products. Road, inexpensive products, is the primary method of foreign companies in technological transformation.
