随着社会开放、搞活的发展,金融改革的深入进行,银行纪检工作显得更加重要,旧的观念和一些老方法,已经不适应形势发展的需要,必须加以更新,使之进一步完善和提高.在新的历史条件下,银行纪检工作观念的更新主要有:1.树立纪检也是服务的思想,更新单纯办案观念,把立足点放在防患于未然上.纪检工作的任务是要维护党的政治纪律,纠正不正之风,发挥监督作用.因此,纪检工作必须为金融改革服务,支持和保护改革的进行.纪检是要办案的,但不能片面地理解纪检就是为了办案,为了查处.否则就会变成有案就办,无案就算;哪里有事往哪里跑.这样不仅工作被动,而且也不能从根本上解决问题.所以,纪检工作必须把主要精力放在“防字上,放在根本上,防重于治.只有这样才能争取工作的主动权,真正发挥纪检服务与监督的作用,使纪检工作成为推动改革顺利发展的重要力量.
