BCNU[1,3-双(2-氯乙基)-1-亚硝基脲,Ⅰ]和CCNU[1-(2-氯乙基)-3-环己基-1-亚硝基脲,Ⅱ]系治疗脑肿瘤、淋巴瘤、骨髓瘤等疾患的药物。作者采用热离子NPD毛细管GC法进行了Ⅰ、Ⅱ的稳定性及Ⅰ的药动学研究。仪器及条件:Vista 6000 GC仪配有热离子N-P检测器和402数据处理机,SE-30弹性毛细管色谱柱(25m×0.33mm)。气化室温度为200℃、检测器温度为300℃,柱温采用程序升温,起始温度35℃,维持5.5min,然后以5℃/min的速率升至45℃,维持0.1min,再以0.2℃/min升温速率升至50℃。采用氮气为载气,流速为2.57ml/min,检测器的燃烧气体
