患者男性11岁,左眼突出3年余,视力下降1年,于1985年11月26日入院。检查:神志清楚,右眼视力1.5/1.5,左眼无光感,右侧视乳头正常,左侧视乳头苍白黄斑部及周围水肿。瞳孔右0.2cm对光反应灵敏,左侧0.4cm对光反应消失。眼球运动正常。眼球突出度:右眼12mm、左眼22mm。余颅神经、运动、感觉、反射均无异常。左眼B型超声检查提示球后有实质性包块。X线摄片见左侧视神经孔明显扩大,直径1cm,
