本文对兰州地区878例正常新生儿、部分异常新生儿及其产妇进行了耳血微量元素铜、锌、铁的测定及其相关分析。采用原子吸收光谱法,经统计学分析,结果表明本地区正常新生儿铜为1.17±0.39PPm、锌为5.86±1.0PPm、铁为493.81±36.8PPm,铜、锌含量低于产妇,两者无差异(P>0.05),但铁高于产妇,两者有高度显著性差异(P<0.01)。经相关分析,它们之间有高度相关。性(P<0.01),为正相关。
In this paper, 878 cases of normal newborns, part of abnormal newborns and their mothers in Lanzhou were studied for the determination of trace elements of copper, zinc and iron in the ear and their correlation analysis.
