关于每年度发生的全世界6级以上及其他“重要”(significant)地震,我们在平时积累有关资料的基础上,通常是综合汇编成上半年和下半年两部份的一览表,先后刊登在第二年度的两期《国际地震动态》上,以供查阅参考。1981年度上半年部份一览表已刊登在本刊1982年第4期上。这样编排虽较详,但占篇幅较大。为节约篇幅和突出重点,对1981年度下半年部份拟改为主要以文字叙述方式按月统计这类地震的发生数字和发震地点,报道破坏性
