杭州奥体博览中心主体育场钢结构罩棚由空间管桁架和弦支网壳组成,具有造型独特、结构形式多样、悬挑跨度大等特点.基于ANSYS有限元分析软件,本文采用生死单元法对该钢结构安装进行数值模拟,研究了结构安装过程对结构内力及变形的影响;采用约束方程法对临时支撑架卸载进行了模拟分析,同时对卸载过程中的意外工况进行了敏感性分析.分析结果表明,施工过程对结构内力及变形的影响不可忽略,验证了安装方案安全可靠;卸载分析数据表明约束方程法能够准确模拟卸载行程的控制,确保卸载方案满足卸载要求.通过以上计算分析可以确保空间管桁架的安装精度,保证施工过程的安全性和经济性,也可为同类大型钢结构建筑的施工提供参考.
The main stadium steel truss shed of Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center consists of space tube truss and chord support shell, which has the characteristics of unique shape, diverse structure and large cantilever span.Based on ANSYS finite element analysis software, The numerical simulation of the structure installation is carried out to study the influence of the structure installation process on the internal forces and deformation of the structure. The restraint equation method is used to simulate the unloading of the temporary support frame. Meanwhile, the sensitivity analysis of the unloading process is carried out. The results show that the influence of construction process on the internal forces and deformation of the structure can not be neglected, and the installation scheme is verified to be safe and reliable. The unloading analysis data show that the constraint equation method can accurately simulate the control of the unloading trip to ensure that the unloading scheme satisfies the unloading requirements. Pipe truss installation accuracy, to ensure the safety and economic construction process, but also for the construction of similar large-scale steel structures provide a reference.
