1989年用二粒小麦TriticumdicoccumSchuebl.(2n=4x=28)与光稃野燕麦AvenafatuaL.var.glabrataPat.(2n=6x=42)杂交成功,F2分离出燕麦型、二粒小麦型、硬粒小麦型、斯卑尔脱小麦型和普通小麦型。对斯卑尔脱型F4中的3个类型和双亲二粒小麦及光稃野燕表的核型进行了比较研究。3个杂种的核型公式各不相同,分别为2n=4SAT+8SM+7.5M+片段染色体+1ST;2n=4SAT+5SM+9M+4ST和2n=3SAT+6SM+9M+3ST。二粒小麦核型公式为2n=2SAT+5SM+7M,光稃野燕麦的核型公式为2n=2SAT+8SM+6M+5ST。斯卑尔脱型的3个杂种分别有1对、4对和3对近端着丝点染色体,光稃野燕麦有5对近端着丝点染色体。近端着丝点染色体应该源于光稃野燕麦,证明二粒小麦与光稃野燕麦的斯卑尔脱型杂种是真杂种。
1989 with two wheat Triticum dicoccum Schuebl. (2n = 4x = 28) and AvenafatuaL. var. glabrataPat. (2n = 6x = 42). F2 was isolated from oat type, two types of wheat, Durum wheat, Spelled wheat and common wheat. Karyotypes of three types in Spelled off F4 and the karyotypes of Parents and Triticum and Opuntia were analyzed. The karyotype formulas of 3 hybrids were different, which were 2n = 4SAT + 8SM + 7.5M + fragment chromosome + 1ST; 2n = 4SAT + 5SM + 9M + 4ST and 2n = 3SAT + 6SM + 9M + 3ST respectively. The karyotype formula of two grain wheat is 2n = 2SAT + 5SM + 7M. The karyotype formula of two wild oats is 2n = 2SAT + 8SM + 6M + 5ST. Spear three types of offspring were 1 pairs, 4 pairs and 3 pairs of proximal centromeric chromosomes, Halibut wild oats 5 pairs of proximal centromere chromosomes. Proximal centromere chromosomes should originate from Opuntia grandis, demonstrating that the Spelled hybrids of Zea mays and Opuntia grandis are true hybrids.
