目的探究心理辅导护理措施在高血压脑出血患者经微创颅内血肿穿刺引流术治疗后的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年1月~2016年1月收治的高血压脑出血行微创颅内血肿穿刺术的患者100例,根据随机数字法分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)。对照组患者采取常规护理手段,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上予以心理辅导护理;观察并比较两组患者术后护理方式满意度、临床疗效、并发症发生率以及出院时Herth希望评分。结果两组患者护理前Herth希望评分组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。观察组的护理模式满意度、治疗疗效均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后的并发症的发生情况低于对照组(P<0.05),;观察组患者在出院时的Herth希望评分显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论心理辅导护理有利于高血压脑出血患者经微创颅内血肿穿刺引流术的术后恢复,降低了术后并发症的发生率,并有效提高了患者的希望水平和护理满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of psychological counseling and nursing intervention in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive intracranial hematoma drainage. Methods One hundred patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases) ). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care. The patients in the observation group were given psychological care on the basis of routine nursing care. The satisfaction degree, clinical efficacy, incidence of complications and Herth hope score after discharge were observed and compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before Herth wish score (P> 0.05). The satisfaction of the nursing model and the curative effect in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05) Hope score was significantly higher than the control group patients (P <0.05). Conclusion Psychological counseling and nursing is beneficial to the postoperative recovery of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage by puncture and drainage of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma, which reduces the incidence of postoperative complications and effectively improves the patients’ hope level and nursing satisfaction.
