This is a solid step towards fully supporting the development of hydropower projects in Heishui River Basin by Sichuan Heishuihe Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. Located in the middle of Aba in Sichuan Province, Heishui River converges with Minjiang River through Lianghekou of Heishui County to Maoxian County. It is the largest tributary of the basin in the upper reaches of Minjiang River. Its drainage area reaches 72 40 km2. The total length of the main stream
