建立工作场所空气中汽油的非色散红外光谱检测方法。用活性炭管采集空气中的汽油,四氯化碳解吸,用非色散红外光谱仪测定解吸液分别在2 930、2 960和3 030cm-1波数下的吸光度(A)值,由已验证合格的校正系数进行计算。结果显示,该方法的测定范围为3.7~400mg/L,校正系数X、Y、Z、F值分别为81.83、107.13、1 213.34、169.00,方法检出限为3.7mg/L;采样体积按6.0L计,其最低检出浓度为6.2mg/m3;采样效率>96.0%;与标准测定方法测定结果比对,其准确度在±5%以内。提示,该方法具有测定快速、操作方便、样品处理简单等优点,其性能指标均满足GBZ/T 210.4-2008《职业卫生标准制定指南》的要求,具有较强的实用性。
Establishment of Non-dispersive Infrared Spectrometric Detection of Gasoline in Air in Workplace. Absorbance (A) values of desorption solution at wave numbers of 2 930, 2 960 and 3 030 cm-1 respectively were measured by non-dispersive infrared spectrometer using activated carbon tube to collect the gasoline in the air and carbon tetrachloride desorption, Coefficients are calculated. The method has the advantages of fast determination, convenient operation and simple sample processing. The performance indexes all meet the requirements of GBZ / T 210.4-2008 Guidelines for the Development of Occupational Hygienic Standards and are of strong practicability.
