目的家庭中的父母和学校的教师构成了青少年成长中的重要支持系统,运用格林模式对这一系统中的主要成员的健康行为和心理行为进行诊断与干预。方法使用心理健康水平调查表对父母进行心理调查,找出构建青少年支持系统中主要的变量进行干预和调控,从而使青少年能有一个保护其生理、心理健康成长的良好的支持系统。结果经过疾病防治知识的培训和健康教育干预后,项目儿童母亲某些症状因子分略低于中国常模,总分水平与中国常模相比无统计学意义,提示健康干预后项目儿童母亲心理健康水平符合常态(P<0.01),且略高于一般健康人群。项目儿童中的健康儿童母亲与多病儿童母亲SCL—90各类症状因子及总分比较,各因子及总分均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论格林理论较好地解决了在构建青少年支持系统中的盲目性及缺少针对性,可以在较大样本的人群中中开展目标人群的健康教育及健康干预,可以为构建青少年支持系统提供有效的、科学的理论工具。
The parents in the target family and the teachers in the school form an important support system for the growth of adolescents. The Green Mode is used to diagnose and intervene the health behaviors and psychological behaviors of the key members of the system. Methods Psychological health questionnaire was used to conduct psychological surveys on parents to find out the main variables in the construction of adolescent support system for intervention and regulation so that adolescents could have a good support system to protect their physical and mental health. Results After the training of disease prevention and control knowledge and intervention of health education, some symptom factors of the children were slightly lower than those of the Chinese norm. The total score was not statistically significant compared with that of the Chinese norm, suggesting that after the intervention, The health level was in line with the normal status (P <0.01), slightly higher than that in the general healthy population. There was no significant difference between each symptom score and the total score of SCL-90 among healthy children and healthy mothers in the project children (P> 0.05). Conclusions Green theory solves the problem of blindness and lack of pertinence in the construction of adolescent support system and can carry out health education and health intervention among the target population in a large sample of population and can provide effective support for constructing adolescent support system , A scientific theoretical tool.
