从形态解剖及生理方面研究了 PP_(333)对番茄株型、开花结实和果实产量及品质的影响。结果表明,PP_(333)对茎伸长有强烈的抑制作用,茎径增大,叶变小,叶色浓绿,株型结构紧凑。300ppmPP_(333)基本上不影响开花结果,但成熟期稍推迟,品质略下降。植株高度变低、茎变粗是由于细胞伸长受抑制,促进了细胞扩大;叶片减小是抑制细胞扩大的结果。叶绿素含量提高、光合速率增强、蒸腾速率稍有加强、呼吸速率下降等等变化表明 PP_(333)可在番茄栽培上应用。
The morphological and anatomical and physiological aspects of PP_ (333) on tomato plant type, flowering and fruit yield and quality. The results showed that PP 333 could strongly inhibit the stem elongation. The stem diameter increased, the leaf became smaller and the leaf color was dark green. The plant type was compact. 300ppmPP_ (333) did not affect the flowering results, but the delay in the mature stage, the quality slightly decreased. Plant height becomes lower, stem thickening is due to inhibition of cell elongation and promote cell expansion; leaf reduction is the result of inhibition of cell expansion. The changes of chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, slightly enhanced transpiration rate and decreased respiration rate indicated that PP 333 could be applied in tomato cultivation.
