目的:探讨痔疮急性发作采取地奥司明联合高渗硫酸镁溶液坐浴治疗的疗效。方法:选择2015年6月到2016年6月作为此次研究的时间段,在此时间段内选择本院收治的80例痔疮急性发作患者进行研究,采取抛骰子单双法将患者分为传统组(n=40)和联合组(n=40),传统组患者采取单纯地奥司明治疗,联合组患者采取地奥司明联合高渗硫酸镁溶液坐浴治疗,统计对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:联合组患者治疗总有效率与传统组相比明显较高,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组患者治疗后临床症状评分与传统组相比明显较低,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痔疮急性发作采取地奥司明联合高渗硫酸镁溶液坐浴治疗效果显著,可推广运用。
Objective: To investigate the acute hemorrhoids to take oseltamme with hypertonic solution of magnesium sulfate bath treatment. Methods: From June 2015 to June 2016, we selected the time period of this study. During this time period, 80 patients with acute hemorrhoids who were admitted to our hospital were selected for study. (N = 40) and the combination group (n = 40). The traditional group patients were treated with oseltamivir alone. The patients in the combination group were treated with oseltamme and hypertonic magnesium sulfate solution bath. The statistical comparison was made between the two groups treatment effect. Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the traditional group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The scores of clinical symptoms in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the traditional group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The hemorrhoids acute exacerbation is to take Ostermin combined with hypertonic solution of magnesium sulfate bath treatment effect is significant, can be extended use.
