目的:探讨产妇胎盘组织中Smad4的表达在重度子痫前期疾病发生发展中可能发挥的作用。方法:采用Realtime-PCR和western blotting方法检测30例重度子痫前期和30例正常健康产妇胎盘组织中Smad4的表达情况。结果:重度子痫前期产妇胎盘组织中Smad4 mRNA和蛋白表达水平明显高于正常胎盘组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在重度子痫前期患者胎盘组织中Smad4的表达明显上升,推测Smad4基因的异常表达可能与重度子痫前期疾病密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the role of Smad4 expression in maternal placenta tissue in the development of severe preeclampsia. Methods: Real-time PCR and western blotting were used to detect the expression of Smad4 in placenta of 30 severe preeclampsia and 30 normal pregnant women. Results: The levels of Smad4 mRNA and protein in placenta of severe preeclampsia were significantly higher than those in normal placenta (P <0.01). Conclusion: The expression of Smad4 in placenta of patients with severe preeclampsia increased significantly. It is speculated that the abnormal expression of Smad4 gene may be closely related to severe preeclampsia.
