把网络的应用服务划为“内”和“外”之分,显然有些“牵强”。不过,在现实网络的应用过程中,确实有这种迹象,令人视为“内”和“外”。在这里“内”指的是一种技术、产品上的升级和支持的服务;“外”则指的是一种关怀和体贴式服务。就用户而言,在选择网络产品和技术时,往往有“重内轻外”或强调了“外”而忽视了“内”的现象。不管哪一种,都是一种不成熟“消费”的表现。应该是“既要看中内,又要看中外”的一种内外融合的考虑。尽管如此,随着网络在人们生活、工作中应用的普及,对于“内”和“外”的理解和在应用中的需求,也在不断地深化,并出现了一些新的趋势—“内”的服务已经走向智能化,“外”要体现服务的真“功夫”。即所谓“内在靠‘智能’,外在靠‘功夫’”。
