目的 探讨七宝美髯丹对老龄小鼠 (1 5月龄 )乳头体神经元超微结构的影响 ,为中药抗衰益智的复方对乳头体神经元的干预作用提供形态学资料。方法 电镜形态学观察。结果 与老年组比较 ,七宝美髯丹组神经元脂褐素含量减少 ,细胞膜、核膜及线粒体结构清晰 ,含丰富的核糖体与粗面内质网。老年对照组粗面内质网脱颗粒 ,胞浆聚集 ,脂褐素电子密度增大 ,核糖体与粗面内质网减少 ,神经元与线粒体平均密度降低 ,线粒体平均体积明显增加且肿胀 ,甚至空泡化。推测线粒体在衰老退行性变时 ,其代偿机制可能发挥重要作用。结论 衰老能引起老龄小鼠乳头体超微结构异常 ,七宝美髯丹对此有一定的防治作用

In the elderly control group, the rough endoplasmic reticulum was degranulated, the cytoplasm accumulated, the electron density of lipofuscin increased, the ribosome and rough endoplasmic reticulum decreased, the average density of neurons and mitochondria decreased, and the average volume of mitochondria increased and swollen. Hollowing. It is speculated that the compensatory mechanism of mitochondria may play an important role in the aging degeneration. Conclusion Senescence can cause ultrastructural abnormalities in aged mice, and Qibaomei Ludan has a certain preventive and therapeutic effect.
