在闻名遐迩的中共中央党校和国家行政学院之外,中共中央新创建了三所干部学院。它们有什么鲜为人知的背景和独特之处?秋天的井冈山,山风吹来阵阵凉意。蜿蜒的“朱毛挑粮小道”,一群撑着红旗、戴着斗笠、脖子上系着红丝带、背着米袋的中年人,气喘吁吁,挥汗如雨,走得却甚是迅捷。这群装束与普通游客全然不同的人,是中国井冈山干部学院中青班的学员——来自全国各地的党政干部。从2003年起,中共中央开始大规模轮训党政干部,计划用5年时间,将全国县处级以上领导干部普遍培训一遍。每年有组织、有计划地培训省部级干部500人左右、地厅级干部8800人左右、县处级干部10万人左右。
Outside the famous Central Party School and the National School of Administration, the CPC Central Committee has newly created three cadre colleges. What is their little-known background and uniqueness? In the autumn of Jinggangshan, the mountain breeze blowing coolly. Meandering “Zhu Mao picks grain trail”, a group of holding a red flag, wearing a hats, neck red ribbon, carrying a middle-aged bag of rice bags, panting, sweating, go very fast. This group of costumes and tourists are totally different from ordinary people, is China’s Jinggangshan cadre college green class students - from across the country party and government cadres. Since 2003, the CPC Central Committee has started a series of round-the-clock training of party and government cadres and plans to train the leading cadres above the county level and above in five years in a universal way. Each year, there are about 500 people trained at the provincial and ministerial levels in an organized and systematic manner, about 8,800 cadres at the prefectural and departmental level and about 100,000 at the county level and cadres at the county level.
