当前,我国幼儿园课程改革的一个重要的趋势是“园本课程”的不断开发,而“园本课程”开发的主要参与者幼儿园教师(以下简称“教师”)的课程决策能力的提升成了迫切需要。教师的课程决策能力具有复杂的结构,主要包括:知识、技能、智力三个层次以及整合开发课程资源的能力。教师课程决策能力的提升策略主要包括:知识结构的优化与积极建构、教师群体课程决策能力的相互促进、开展课程研究。
