通过实验研究了Nb-B复合高强度钢高温应变行为和热加工硬化特点,利用计算机仿真技术建立了动态再结晶模型,分析了该材料的硬化机制及具有优良综合力学性能的原因。结果表明,析出强化、孪晶强化,以及位错强化是热加工硬化过程中的主要硬化机制。Nb-B复合作用是Nb-B复合高强度钢具有优良综合力学性能的主要原因。
The high-temperature strain behavior and hot work-hardening of Nb-B composite high-strength steel were experimentally studied. The dynamic recrystallization model was established by computer simulation technology. The hardening mechanism of the material and the reason of excellent mechanical properties were analyzed. The results show that precipitation hardening, twinning strengthening and dislocation strengthening are the main hardening mechanisms during hot work hardening. Nb-B composite is the main reason for the excellent comprehensive mechanical properties of Nb-B composite high strength steel.
