钛对稀土镁合金蠕化效果的影响

针对蠕墨铸铁蠕化处理过程中蠕化剂加入范围窄,控制很难的问题,试验研究了合金中加入适量的反球化元素钛,对蠕化剂加入量范围及蠕墨铸铁组织性能的影响。结果表明,蠕墨铸铁含有0.28%钛元素时,稀土镁合金蠕化剂合适加入量从0.83%~0.94%,增加到0.8%~1.0%,加入量范围几乎增加一倍,仍能获得满意的蠕化率,基体组织中铁素体含量有所增加,硬度也有所增加,但增加幅度较小。证明蠕化过程中适当添加反球化元素,能使蠕墨铸铁生产稳定而易于控制。 Aiming at the problem that the compaction of vermiculite in the process of compacted vermicular cast iron is narrow and the control is very difficult, the proper amount of anti-nodulizing titanium is added to the alloy, and the influence of the amount of vermiculite and the microstructure and properties of vermicular cast iron influences. The results show that when 0.28% titanium is contained in compacted graphite cast iron, the proper dosage of rare earth magnesium alloy vermiculite can be increased from 0.83% ~ 0.94% to 0.8% ~ 1.0% The rate of ferrite increases with the increase of ferrite content in the matrix and the hardness increases, but the increase rate is smaller. It proves that proper addition of anti-nodulizing elements in the process of vermiculite can make vermicular graphite iron stable and easy to control.
