目的了解行政工作人员营养知识、态度和饮食行为,为提高其健康水平提供依据。方法于2013年7月对龙岩市某单位行政工作人员209名进行问卷调查,包括基本情况、营养知识、饮食态度、饮食行为等。结果该单位行政工作人员营养知识得分总平均为(3.90+2.14)分,营养知识总及格率为39.23%。53.59%的工作人员不知道《中国居民膳食指南》。65.58%的工作人员选择对营养知识感兴趣。每天吃早餐的工作人员占38.76%。结论多数行政工作人员营养知识掌握比较肤浅,女性比男性对营养知识掌握更多,该单位行政工作人员营养知识和饮食习惯存在较多问题,应加强行政工作人员营养知识的教育,纠正其不合理的饮食习惯。
Objective To understand the nutritional knowledge, attitudes and dietary behaviors of administrative staff and provide the basis for improving their health level. Methods In July 2013, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 209 administrative staff in a unit of Longyan City, including basic information, nutritional knowledge, attitude toward eating and drinking, and dietary behaviors. Results The average score of nutritional knowledge of administrative staff of this unit was (3.90 + 2.14) points, and the total passing rate of nutrition knowledge was 39.23%. 53.59% of the staff do not know the “Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents”. 65.58% of the staff chose to be interested in nutritional knowledge. The staff who ate breakfast daily accounted for 38.76%. Conclusions Most administrative staff have relatively low level of knowledge of nutrition, and women have more knowledge of nutrition than men. There are still many problems in nutritional knowledge and eating habits of administrative staff in this unit. Education of administrative staff should be strengthened to correct their unreasonableness Eating habits.
