职业体育俱乐部核心竞争力流程再造是对俱乐部运营管理过程的优化。由于俱乐部核心竞争力的成长过程处于动态变化之中,俱乐部工作的流程再造应当以竞技市场为导向,有对新环境要求的不断适应性变化。俱乐部要素管理流程再造从设计方法和市场分析入手,对其4个构成要素的流程再造和路径选择问题进行阐述,分别以核心问题、问题表现为切入点,做出实施流程再造的路线选择。
The core competency of professional sports clubs Process reengineering is the optimization of club operation management process.
