为了满足82B钢质量要求,通过对精炼处理后软吹过程中的钢水进行取样,并对钢样中的夹杂物进行全面检验分析,研究了不同软吹时间条件下钢中夹杂物数量及尺寸的变化情况。结果表明:综合考虑夹杂物的去除效果和软吹过程的温降等因素,认为软吹时间控制在25~35min较为合理。生产统计数据表明,改善软吹工艺后,钢水的洁净度有了大幅提高。
In order to satisfy the quality requirements of 82B steel, the molten steel in soft blowing process was sampled and the inclusions in the steel samples were tested and analyzed comprehensively. The quantity and size of inclusions in steel under different soft blow time were studied Changes. The results show that considering the removal efficiency of inclusions and the temperature drop of soft blowing process, it is reasonable to control the soft blowing time at 25 ~ 35min.
