高炉的长寿问题一直高炉冶炼不断研究的问题,随着冶炼技术的不断发展这个问题越来越突出,新的冶炼技术在使高炉冶炼能力提高的同时也大大的缩短了炉龄。作者根据炉身破损机理、炉缸侵蚀机理、高炉传热与冷却等方面理论研究,对高炉长寿问题提出了几点新思想,希望可以在高炉长寿问题上达到一个新的高度。
The longevity of the blast furnace has been the continuous study of blast furnace smelting problems, with the continuous development of smelting technology, the issue is more and more prominent, the new smelting technology to improve the blast furnace smelting capacity but also greatly shorten the furnace. Based on the theoretical research of shaft damage mechanism, hearth erosion mechanism, heat transfer and cooling of blast furnace, the author put forward some new ideas on the longevity of blast furnace, hoping to reach a new height in blast furnace longevity.
