我厂针对泵阀生产中研磨工作量繁重的薄弱环节,革新一台多工位组合研磨机(见图1)。一、结构原理(见图2)1.该机有两个机组,九个工作部位,根据振摆运动和凸轮结构原理,可同时加工不同的零件。2.第一机组由电动机1传动下传动轴4,经小绳轮5减速后,带动上轴12,上轴绳轮16、法兰盘21、偏心小轴13、连杆接头15、锥度摆销20,使其左右摆动。研磨的 R 大小,可调偏心轴13。3.第二机组由电机1,通过蜗轮副带动大齿圈和五工位机体28中五只行星齿轮,使五根软轴31转动。研磨棒40的升降,由凸轮17控制。
