目的研究哈蟆油的抗疲劳作用。方法选用雄性BALB/C小鼠,设高、中、低3个剂量组和空白对照组,给不同剂量的哈蟆油30d后。观察小鼠负重游泳时间、血清尿素氮含量、肝糖原含量以及游泳前后血乳酸含量的变化。结果与对照组比较,实验组小鼠负重游泳时间的延长差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),肝糖原含量的增加差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05和P﹤0.01),血乳酸曲线下面积的减小差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),血清尿素氮含量的降低差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论哈蟆油具有明显的抗疲劳作用。
Objective To study the anti-fatigue effect of Rana oil. Methods Male BALB / C mice were randomly divided into three groups: high, medium and low dose groups and blank control group. The weight-bearing swimming time, serum urea nitrogen content, hepatic glycogen content and blood lactic acid content before and after swimming in mice were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the weight-bearing swimming time in the experimental group was significantly longer (P <0.05), and the increase of hepatic glycogen content was statistically significant (P <0.05 and P <0.01) (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the reduction of serum urea nitrogen (P> 0.05). Conclusion Ovana oil has obvious anti-fatigue effect.
