结合塔里木河下游生态输水过程中对不同断面胡杨叶水势的变化的测定,分析了地下水埋深和土壤盐分变化对胡杨叶水势的影响.结果表明,胡杨叶水势与地下水埋深之间存在显著的负相关关系,表现为地下水埋深较浅的断面,胡杨叶水势较高,胡杨所受的干旱胁迫强度较小;反之,胡杨叶水势则较低,胡杨所受的干旱胁迫强度也较大;同时,土壤盐分与胡杨叶水势之间也存在显著的负相关关系,土壤盐分较大处的胡杨叶水势较低,胡杨所受的盐胁迫强度也较大.空间上表现为:下游段断面和输水河道主轴线较远的部位,地下水埋深较大,土壤盐分亦较大,而胡杨叶水势则较低.胡杨叶水势变化指示胡杨受干旱、盐胁迫程度,对塔里木河下游胡杨生存的合理地下水位研究具有重要参考意义.
Based on the determination of the change of leaf water potential of Populus euphratica under different sections during the process of ecological water conveyance in the lower reaches of Tarim River, the effects of groundwater depth and soil salinity on leaf water potential of Populus euphratica were analyzed. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between the leaf water potential of Populus euphratica and the depth of groundwater. The water depth of Populus euphratica was higher, and the drought stress of Populus euphratica was less. On the contrary, the leaf water potential The lower the Populus euphratica drought stress intensity is also greater; at the same time, there is a significant negative correlation between soil salinity and leaf water potential of Populus euphratica, Stress intensity is also greater. Spatially, the sections of the downstream section and the main axis of the water conveyance channel are farther apart. The depth of groundwater is larger and the soil salinity is larger, while the leaf water potential of Populus euphratica is lower. The change of Populus euphratica leaf water potential indicates that the Populus euphratica is affected by drought and salt stress, which is of great significance to the study of the reasonable groundwater level of Populus euphratica in the lower reaches of the Tarim River.
