本文通过中、厚碳钢、普低钢板的MAG打底焊接工艺特点的研究,找出了六种工艺因素同打底成型的关系,并从中确定了主要影响因素,提出按小孔法成型选择相应工艺参数的原则,为MAG焊打底工艺的应用做好准备。 In this paper, through the research on the characteristics of MAG welding process of medium and thick carbon steel and general low steel plate, the relationship between the six process factors and the molding of the bottom is found out, and the main influencing factors are determined. The principle of the corresponding process parameters, to prepare the application of MAG welding primer process.
