目的:建立蝎龙接骨散中羟基红花黄色素A和阿魏酸的测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法法进行定量分析,用Inertsil C8-3柱,乙腈-0.2%磷酸-四氢呋喃(28∶70∶2)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长340 nm。结果:羟基红花黄色素A和阿魏酸的线性范围分别为11.13~111.35 mg·L-1和3.42~34.2 mg·L-1;平均加样回收率分别为100.35%,99.23%。结论:此法简便、准确,具有良好的重复性和回收率,适用于蝎龙接骨散中羟基红花黄色素A和阿魏酸的同时测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A and ferulic acid in Scorpion Longshen Powder. Methods: Quantitative analysis was carried out by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid-tetrahydrofuran (28:70:2) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min- 340 nm. Results: The linear ranges of hydroxysafflor yellow A and ferulic acid were 11.13 ~ 111.35 mg · L-1 and 3.42 ~ 34.2 mg · L-1, respectively. The average recoveries were 100.35% and 99.23%, respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, and has good repeatability and recovery rate. It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A and ferulic acid in Scorpion Longshen Powder.
