大多数人错误地认为混凝土自身具有防水性。这种不当认识导致很多建筑物存在渗水和结构受损问题。最近笔者参与的某知名工程也是因为这种误解而导致内部结构损坏严重,代价很大。尽管理想状态的混凝土可阻止水的侵入,但混凝土因某些潜在的缺陷,并不能在其寿命期内完全防止水分渗透。这些缺陷发生在初始浇筑阶段,也可能发生在混凝土寿命期内。 Most people mistakenly believe that the concrete itself is waterproof. This misconception has led to the problem of seepage and structural deterioration in many buildings. Recently, I also participated in a well-known project because of this misunderstanding led to the internal structure of a serious damage, at great cost. Although ideal concrete blocks water intrusion, concrete can not completely prevent moisture infiltration during its lifetime due to certain potential defects. These defects occur during the initial pouring stage and may also occur during the life of the concrete.
