目的分析低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在急性脑梗死患者血清中的变化及临床表达意义。方法选取56例急性脑梗死患者作为观察组,另选56例健康者作为对照组,采用双抗体夹心法检测两组HIF-1α、VEGF水平,并比较两组发病后1、3、7 d HIF-1α、VEGF水平。结果观察组发病后3 d、7 d HIF-1α、VEGF低于发病后1 d,且各时间点HIF-1α、VEGF水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);发病后1、3 d HIF-1α与VEGF呈正相关(r1=0.556,r2=0.571,P<0.05)。结论 HIF-1α与VEGF在急性脑梗死患者血清中呈高表达状态,且两者可协同作用,在脑组织保护机制中起到一定积极作用。
Objective To analyze the changes of serum levels of hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in patients with acute cerebral infarction and their clinical significance. Methods Fifty-six patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected as the observation group and 56 healthy controls were selected as the control group. The levels of HIF-1α and VEGF in the two groups were detected by double antibody sandwich method. HIF-1α -1α, VEGF levels. Results The levels of HIF-1α and VEGF in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group at 3 and 7 days after onset, and the levels of HIF-1α and VEGF at each time point were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05) HIF-1α was positively correlated with VEGF on the 1st and 3rd day (r1 = 0.556, r2 = 0.571, P <0.05). Conclusions HIF-1α and VEGF are highly expressed in the serum of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Both of them may act synergistically and play a positive role in the protection of brain tissue.
