氧氟沙星(Ofloxacin,OFX)是第三代氟喹诺酮类抗菌剂,因其抗菌谱广、杀菌作用强而迅速,目前已广泛应用于临床各类感染性疾病的治疗,并且疗效显著。但近年来对OFX一些严重不良反应的报道日渐增多,现综述如下,供临床参考。 1 神经毒性反应 1.1 一般症状 OFX较为常见的不良反应有头痛、头昏、失眠等。冯氏报道4例患者,年龄为16岁至47岁,分别因患上呼吸道感染,口腔炎症、急性膀胱炎而口服OFX,在服
Ofloxacin (Ofloxacin, OFX) is the third generation of fluoroquinolone antibacterial agent, because of its broad antibacterial spectrum, strong and rapid bactericidal effect, has been widely used in clinical treatment of various infectious diseases, and the effect is significant. However, some reports of some serious side effects of OFX have been reported in recent years and are summarized as follows for clinical reference. 1 Neurotoxic reaction 1.1 General symptoms OFX more common adverse reactions are headache, dizziness, insomnia and so on. Feng reported 4 patients, aged from 16 to 47 years old, were suffering from respiratory tract infections, oral inflammation, acute cystitis and oral OFX, in the service
