新生儿出生及婴儿跌倒时易导致肱骨干骨折,多发于肱骨中下段,治疗不当易导致桡神经受压及肘内外翻畸形等,自2010年6月-2013年5月,我院采用侧向牵引治疗婴儿肱骨干骨折患者48例,疗效满意,现报告如下。1临床资料48例患儿中:男28例、女20例。年龄出生3d~11月26d.均为肱骨干骨折,左侧22例、右侧26例;骨折部位肱骨中段12例、中下段25例、下段11例。致伤原因:产伤32例、摔伤16 Neonatal birth and infant falls easily lead to humeral shaft fractures, multiple in the lower humerus, improper treatment can easily lead to radial nerve compression and valgus deformity, etc., from June 2010 -2013 in May, our hospital with lateral Traction treatment of humerus fractures in 48 cases of patients with satisfactory results, are as follows. 1 Clinical data 48 cases of children: 28 males and 20 females.
