融媒体时代,旅游负面新闻事件的传播具有多元化、碎片化、互动性和独立性特征,旅游负面新闻事件的传播对城市旅行形象的影响具有双面性,可能会造成社会恐慌,引起网络舆论危机,对城市旅游形象造成负面影响;也可能引起社会重视,提高旅游城市的危机意识,对城市旅游形象产生正面影响。因此,应建立危机应急平台,重塑城市旅游形象,督促旅游城市更好、更完善地发展旅游业。
In the era of financial media, the dissemination of tourism negative news events is characterized by diversification, fragmentation, interactivity and independence.
