通过运用分步浸出技术可在常温、常压条件下用硫酸浸出废镁砖中对火法冶炼影响很大的高熔点氧化镁等成分, 使金、银、铜等有价金属得到富集; 研究了在硫酸分步浸出条件下, 诸影响要素对氧化镁浸出的影响。该法简单实用, 效率高, MgO 的浸出率达到95% , 可直接用于工业化生产。
By using the step leaching technology, the refractory magnesia, which has a great influence on the pyrometallurgy, is leached with sulfuric acid under normal temperature and atmospheric pressure to enrich the valuable metals such as gold, silver and copper. The effects of various influencing factors on the leaching of magnesium oxide were studied under the conditions of sulfuric acid leaching step by step. The method is simple and practical, high efficiency, MgO leaching rate of 95%, can be directly used in industrial production.
