在溜槽类选矿设备的选别过程中,在斜面的矿浆流膜内,一般的认为分三层:即表流层、悬浮层、沉积层,如图1所示。悬浮层既起着主要分选作用,又担负着输送尾矿的任务。因此矿粒在流膜中悬浮运动规律是一重要问题。国内外关于这方面的研究很少。
In the sorting process of the chute beneficiation equipment, it is generally considered to be divided into three layers in the bevelled slurry flow membrane: the surface flow layer, the suspended layer, and the sedimentary layer, as shown in FIG. 1. Suspension layer plays a major role in sorting, but also assume the task of transporting tailings. Therefore, mineral particles in the film flow in the law of movement is an important issue. Domestic and foreign research on this area is seldom.
