在“翡翠动画”、“太平洋动画”等动画外包企业崛起的上世纪90年代,中国的动画从业者承接过自日美欧等动画发达国家发来的大量商业动画订单,动画加工工作培训了大量的中国动画人。可随着国内原创动画势力的兴起及动画外包价格的滑坡,动画加工行业一度日渐式微。但随着互联网经济的崛起,动画外包与文化创意产业紧密结合,重新回到了动画人的视线里,新兴的动画外包服务业带有明显的高技术、个性化印记,必将成为中国动画重塑辉煌的重要力量。
In the 90s of the last century when the animated outsourcing enterprises such as Jade Animation and Pacific Animation came into being, Chinese animation practitioners undertook a large number of commercial animation orders and animation processing from the developed countries such as Japan, the United States and Europe in the 1990s. Work trained a lot of Chinese animation people. With the rise of domestic original animation forces and the decline in the price of animated outsourcing, the animation processing industry was declining.
