2009年,我国启动事业单位绩效工资改革。2010年1月1日起,我国的事业单位开始全面实行绩效工资。到现在为止,事业单位绩效工资改革全面实行已经五年左右,在清理规范津补贴、打破收入平均主义以及拉开收入差距等方面取得了一定的成绩,但是实际实行过程中依旧存在一系列的问题,需要引起我们的关注。本文会具体围绕事业单位绩效工资改革问题及应对策略展开详细的阐述,希望带给相关人士以启迪。
In 2009, China started the reform of performance salary of public institutions. January 1, 2010 onwards, China’s institutions began full implementation of performance pay. Until now, the reform of the performance pay system in public institutions has been implemented for about five years. Some achievements have been made in such areas as standardizing allowances for subsidies, breaking the average egalitarianism and widening the income gap. However, there are still a series of problems in actual implementation , Need to draw our attention. This article will be specifically around the institutional performance pay reform and coping strategies to elaborate, I hope to bring the relevant persons to enlightenment.
