以不同类型的90份常用水稻品种为材料,利用筛选的19对SSR多态性引物构建了其指纹图谱,并分析了其遗传多样性。结果表明,19对SSR引物在90份水稻材料中共扩增出71个多态性片段,每个SSR位点可检测到2~7个等位基因,平均为3.74个;多态信息含量(PIC)值在0.228 3~0.790 6之间,平均值为0.542 1;Shannon信息指数(I)在0.244 9~1.796 1之间,平均值为1.021。聚类分析表明,90份材料的遗传相似系数在0.59~1之间,以遗传相似系数值0.66为阈值,可以将供试材料分成5个群,聚类结果较好地体现了各品种之间的亲缘关系。
A total of 90 common rice varieties were used as materials, and the fingerprints of 19 SSR polymorphisms were screened and analyzed for their genetic diversity. The results showed that 71 pairs of SSR primers amplified 71 polymorphic fragments in 90 rice cultivars, with 2 to 7 alleles per SSR locus, with an average of 3.74.
