患者,女,45岁。主诉因左侧面部肿胀伴头疼2年余而来院求治。2年前因头疼,流黄涕,鼻塞,曾在当地医院就诊,X线摄片诊为左上颌窦炎。上颌窦穿刺未冲洗出脓性分泌物,未经任何治疗。后左面部渐开始肿胀,局部皮肤麻木,鼻塞加重,涕中带血,并伴有左上牙痛,于1992年2月13日入院治疗。检查:左侧上颌骨壁隆起,有一固定的硬性肿物;眼眶下缘未侵及,眼球无突出,运动正常;左侧鼻腔内无新生物,张口不受限;叩痛,左龈颊沟膨隆质硬,硬腭未见异常改变。鼻窦X线片示左上颌窦混浊,眶下缘骨质
