长S是来自普通野生稻与籼稻珍珠矮杂交后代的温敏核不育系。以长S与中浙B、R608等配组的F1和F2为材料,对其育性进行观察。结果表明,所有F1均为正常可育,F2群体中可育株数和不育株数经卡平方测验符合3∶1的理论分离比例,说明长S的育性受1对隐性核基因控制。以长S与HN5S、C815S、广占63S、湘陵628S及HD9802S的F1为材料,并进行育性观察。结果表明,长S与HN5S的F1为正常可育,而长S与C815S等其余4个不育系的F1表现为不育,这说明长S与HN5S的不育基因位点不等位,而与C815S等4个不育系的不育基因位点等位。
Long S is a thermo-sensitive genic male sterile line derived from a hybrid of common wild and indica pearl hybrids. The F1 and F2 of long S, ZheBai B and R608 were observed and their fertility was observed. The results showed that all F1s were fertile and normal. The number of fertile plants and the number of sterile plants in F2 population fitted the 3: 1 theoretical separation ratio by the square test, indicating that the fertility of long S was controlled by one recessive nuclear gene. The F1 with long S and HN5S, C815S, widely occupied 63S, Xiangling 628S and HD9802S was used as material and observed for fertility. The results showed that the F1 of long S and HN5S was normal and fertile, whereas the F1 of the other 4 sterile lines, S and C815S, were sterile, indicating that the S and HN5S loci were unequal And C815S and other four sterile lines of sterility locus alleles.
