There is a dialectical unity between personal freedom and legal order. To safeguard and guarantee the relationship between the two is the ultimate goal of the modernization of China’s legal system. Therefore, in the course of the modernization of China’s legal system, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to correctly analyze and understand the issues of personal freedom and legal order.
