针对汽车车轮的结构,确定了模具的分型面及结构设计,应用CAE软件仿真车轮半固态压铸充填、凝固过程,而实现对压铸模具结构的优化设计。模具采用半固态压力铸造工艺,能在最大限度减少缺陷的同时,提高铸件的密度和强度,缩短单位生产周期,降低成本,提高产品质量。
According to the structure of automobile wheel, the parting surface and structure design of the mold are confirmed. CAE software is used to simulate the filling and solidification process of the wheel semi-solid die-casting, and the optimal design of die-casting mold structure is achieved. Semi-solid die casting process using the mold, can minimize defects at the same time, improve the density and strength of the casting, shorten the unit production cycle, reduce costs and improve product quality.
