动力传递系统是矿用自卸车最重要组成单元,系统中轮边减速器和主减速器减速比的合力分配是动力性能发挥和整车减速增扭平稳运行的重要保证,采用协同优化对矿用自卸车动力传递系统进行优化设计。根据矿用自卸车传动系统结构特点和性能特征,将传动系统动力匹配作为系统级,而主减速器和轮边减速器作为子系统级。对轮边减速器和主减速器进行数学建模,并对各减速装置单独优化分析。基于i SIGHT实现矿用自卸车轮边减速器和主减速器协同优化的过程集成和优化求解。对比各自单独优化和系统整体协同优化分析结果可知:整体系统的协同优化可以系统地解决矿用汽车减速系统的优化匹配问题,同以往将全局设计变量作为固定参数进行处理的常规优化相比,其优化结果更符合实际工程问题。 The power transmission system is the most important component of the mining dump truck.
