目的探讨黄体酮胶丸与妈富隆治疗围绝经期功血疗效差异,以选中最佳的药物。方法收集我院2011年2月至2012年1月治疗的功血患者76例随机分成黄体酮胶丸组和妈富隆组各38例,黄体酮组服用黄体酮胶丸10mg/d次,连服3个月疗程。妈富隆组服用妈富隆治疗。结果两组患者情况比较:黄体酮胶丸组控制出血时间为(29.2±11.8)h,完全止血时间为(68.7±22.0)h,妈富隆组控制出血时间为(29.4±10.8),完全止血时间为(53.4±12.4)h,两组控制出血时间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),但是完全止血时间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),但是治疗6个月后复发率比较,黄体酮组复发率明显高于妈富隆组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论妈富隆治疗功血疗效显著,完全止血时间短,副作用小,复发率低,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the difference between the efficacy of progesterone capsules and Marvelon in the treatment of peri menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding in order to select the best drug. Methods 76 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in our hospital from February 2011 to January 2012 were randomly divided into 38 cases of progesterone capsules and 38 cases of marvelon. The patients in progesterone group received progesterone capsules 10mg / 3 months course of treatment. Marvelon group taking Marvelon treatment. Results The comparison of the two groups showed that the bleeding time was (29.2 ± 11.8) h, the complete bleeding time was (68.7 ± 22.0) h in progesterone group, the bleeding time was 29.4 ± 10.8 in Marvelon group, the complete hemostasis time (53.4 ± 12.4) h, there was no significant difference between the two control bleeding time (P> 0.05), but the complete bleeding time was significantly different (P <0.05); There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). However, the relapse rate of 6 months after treatment was significantly higher in progesterone group than in Marvelon group (P <0.05). Conclusion Marvelon treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding with significant effect, complete hemostasis, short side effects, low recurrence rate, it is worth promoting.
