CR扫描仪激光扫描光学系统设计及理论分析

设计了一种适合于计算机X射线扫描仪的新型激光扫描光学系统,采用五角棱镜和聚焦物镜组成扫描臂以取代传统的f-θ镜头,利用影像板的柔性成圆弧形进片。扫描臂又用做接收器件来收集激发出的荧光,使得系统性能提高,同时结构简单。用Zemax光学软件对扫描物镜的光学性能进行了分析。对机械结构进行了有限元仿真,确定了扫描臂转速。研究了当入射光与五角棱镜入射面不垂直及五角棱镜存在安置误差时,对系统分辨率的影响。结果显示设计的激光扫描光学系统具有一定的容差性。实验验证了所设计制造的扫描仪的性能,扫描图像具有良好的视觉效果,能够满足工业检测要求。 A new type of laser scanning optical system suitable for computer X-ray scanner is designed. The scanning arm is composed of pentagonal prism and focusing objective to replace the traditional f-θ lens. The scanning arm is used as a receiving device to collect the excited fluorescence, resulting in improved system performance and simple structure. The optical performance of the scanning objective was analyzed using Zemax optical software. The finite element simulation of the mechanical structure was carried out to determine the rotating speed of the scanning arm. The influence of the system resolution when the incident light is not perpendicular to the pentagonal prism and the placement error of the pentagonal prism is studied. The results show that the designed laser scanning optical system has some tolerance. The performance of the scanner designed and manufactured by the experiment is verified by the experiment. The scanned image has a good visual effect and can meet the industrial inspection requirements.
