空管运行不正常事件在一定程度上与飞行量和天气有关。本文针对新疆空管局2012~2014年空管运行不正常事件报告中关于航空器在进近着陆中因天气原因导致复飞或中止进近的事件,统计分析了事件的分布规律、特点、原因以及预报服务能力。分析显示:不正常事件主要分为进近阶段无法取得目视参考、风速超标、风切变、颠簸、强降水、雷暴等类型;不正常事件11~2月出现最多,其次是春末夏初;进近阶段无法取得目视参考所占比例最高,其次是风速超标和风切变,次之为颠簸;导致不正常事件的不同天气,预报服务难易不同。
